
Game-Show Format Puts Attendees' Knowledge to the Test
Who says an education session can't be fun and informative? That's exactly what the panelists thought when they put together the session, "You Bet Your Profits!" Mary
Ellen Himes of Venable, Charlie Fusco of Synergixx, Kris Johnson of GSI Commerce and Elliott Segal of Guthy-Renker all channeled their inner Alex Trebek to teach attendees how to maximize their profits when working on their DR campaigns.
The format was a hit with audience members, not to mention "contestants" who dared to test their industry knowledge for prizes. Topics ran the gamut and included questions like: "Which gender is best suited for a voice over in direct response?" "What are three keys to online video advertising production? and "When must a customer be notified if an order is backordered?"
Did you miss this session? That's too bad. Top prize was a color Nook. Well, you know what they say: you can't win if you don't play.
