Dial800 Partners with Next Caller to Deliver Real Time Demographic Data on Customers
LOS ANGELES—Dial800 announced a partnership today with Y-Combinator backed technology company Next Caller. The deal makes Dial800 the only administrator of 1-800 numbers to have access to the largest database in the U.S. that links a telephone number to customer data. Its customers will now be able to receive real-time demographic information on its inbound callers. This actionable intelligence will decrease call-handle time while enhancing the customer experience.
The partnership is focused heavily on extended profiles and demographic data, like marital status, presence of children in the household, household income, education level, and much more. These data points can be used as triggers for understanding buying habits and making intelligent decisions based on the alignment of key data points.
