R2C Group Promotes Jane Crisan to President

PORTLAND, Ore. – February 19, 2015 – R2C Group® announced today that it has promoted Jane Crisan to President.  Crisan, who retains her title as COO, will run the day-to-day operations of the agency and will work with CEO Michelle Cardinal to drive agency growth and performance for clients.   

Crisan joined R2C Group as COO in January 2013 to help expand the agency’s services around its core philosophy of Transactional Brand Building: a new category of communications focused on delivering both sales and branding. A new media expert with over two decades of global network agency experience, Crisan was brought on board to help the agency capitalize on its direct marketing expertise and expand existing capabilities. Her executive management experience has focused on agency mergers, transformations and expansions.  Over the past two years, Crisan has successfully helped expand R2C Group’s talent pool in the areas of digital marketing, advanced analytics, brand planning and research, recruiting over 55 new employees to the company’s staff.

Prior to joining R2C Group, Crisan served as General Manager of Garage Team Mazda (GTM) in Southern California, an integrated agency supporting the consumer-facing marketing for Mazda.  Crisan has also held executive leadership positions at T3, New York, where her focus was on building digital capabilities in social media, brand building, acquisition and mobile marketing. Her work for Team Detroit and Organic built the digital brand and acquisition marketing efforts for Ford, Dodge and other clients. Crisan earned her MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University and has a degree in Decision Science and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
