Sequential Brands Group Reveals Plans for Global Re-Launch of The Franklin Mint Brand

Announces Launch of Innovative Commerce Platform Powered by Delivery Agent And New License Partnerships 

NEW YORK – July 22, 2014 – Sequential Brands Group, Inc. (“Sequential” or the “Company”) announced today several initiatives for the global re-launch of its recently acquired brand The Franklin Mint® that include new licensing partners and the launch of a multi-channel commerce platform powered by San Francisco-based Delivery Agent, Inc., at franklinmint.com. 

As part of the re-launch initiatives, The Franklin Mint has updated the brand’s iconic logo and engaged JPatton to introduce a hologram program to ensure the authenticity of the brand in the marketplace and enable consumers to register and track their Franklin Mint keepsakes. 

In addition, to mark the 50th Anniversary of the brand’s founding year, a fully integrated marketing campaign featuring a commemorative 50th Anniversary logo and limited edition product offerings are set to launch in 

October 2014 with a strong lineup from best-in-class licensing partners.

Separately, Sequential entered into three additional license agreements for The Franklin Mint brand. The first with Photo File, Inc. to offer custom framed photography and specialty art collages across multiple categories including sports, film, entertainment and religion. The second with Whitman Publishing, LLC to produce custom co-branded collectible books. Lastly, the Company signed a long-term agreement with TN Marketing, 

LLC in the United States and Canada to develop direct-to-consumer programs for their limited edition collectible products, including commemorative coins, stamps, knives and die cast items.
